Few months back, McDonald's Corp dismissed Chief Executive Steve Easterbrook over a recent consensual relationship with an employee, which the board determined violated company policy. Such activities reduce employee and employer trust and also reduces the reputation of the company in the corporate world.
After the occurrence of this event scrutiny of executives and their treatment of employees had intensified amid the #MeToo social media movement, which highlighted instances of sexual harassment in the workplace.

Among such eye-opening and unthecial events a company can develop and maintain relations with employees by creating  an understanding environment. Such an act was done by a manager of the same company.
Crystal Lachance, reportedly a single mother, had been struggling to make her ends meet. She used to walk for one hour from her house to KFC store in Salem, Oregon in the USA. She wrote on her Facebook handle that her boss helped her get a car through KFC  recognition programme. Lachance reportedly said, her boss had nominated her for the company's 'Kentucky Fried Wishes' program which rewards employees who worked hard above and beyond in the workplace. Such incidents reflect deeds of ethical business practices.
