KFC and its Unethical and ethical acts in MNCs : improving employer employee and customer relations.
A topic of hot debate has been the ad circulated on social medias and even broadcasted on television. The 15-second commercial depicts a woman checking out her breasts and butt in the reflection of a car window as she adjusts her romper. But she’s not the only one taking a gander — the window rolls down to reveal two boys gawking at her while their mother looks on disapprovingly. Then the ad takes a turn when someone says "KFC chicken"as the woman later is seen enjoying chicken on a park in a party. Upon this ad *The Guardian" reported spokeswoman Melinda Liszewski called the ad “a regression to tired and archaic stereotypes where young women are sexually objectified for male pleasure.” which to somewhat is a debatable topic but the fact is that the MNC could have settled for a better decision and choice when it came to making ads. This instance shows us how critical and important indeed to make the right choices and decisions to portray and convey a morally sound and customer friendly company to the consumers/customers.
Good Job !
